Transformation story

In September 2008 I delivered my 3rd baby. While I was pregnant I gained a
lot of weight. I was 197lbs before delivery and came home weighing 179 lbs.
I knew that I was going to have to do More ...
In September 2008 I delivered my 3rd baby. While I was pregnant I gained a
lot of weight. I was 197lbs before delivery and came home weighing 179 lbs.
I knew that I was going to have to do something extreme. 4 weeks after
delivery I started Slim in 6 and then switched to P90X. I was also running in
preparation for a 5K. I'm proud to say that by March I had lost 34lbs, 13
inches, and 3 pant sizes. I had not been as dedicated to the workout as I
should have been. After seeing results in March I rededicated myself to
Beachbody. I am continuing to lose weight and inches and build and tone my
muscles. I love Beachbody and the results and motivation it gives me.
It is June and I am down to 139 lbs and have lost 17.5 inches total. I absolutely love Beachbody and am amazed at the results.
