Hello, my name is Rochelle and I am 45 years old. I retired from the military on the 1st of February 2006. I have been struggling with my weight since I was 27. At one point I thought 125 was fat, then it was 135, then 145. I reached an all time high of 168 in 2009. I got back down to 129 while working out with TurboJam and meeting my buddies in WOWY. I got back down to 129 while working out with TurboJam and meeting my buddies in WOWY. In 2008 I got married, and in 2009 I got a job that involves sitting at a desk all day and stressing out. Not to mention the fact that when it storms we get fed extremely healthy meals of Pizza, Fried Chicken, ribs (did I mention I moved to Kansas City)and douts (or cakes and cookies and pies). Anythign to keep us chained to our desks to work the 16 hours we will be forced into if the lkights are out.Needless to say,the weight came back pretty fast. For a 5'1 frame, 170 is a lot of weight!
I want to get back down to about 125. Usually when I get to a weight I stay there until there is a crisis. Then I eat and drink and gain the weight back. It's a cycle I want to end permanently. I chose this program because it looks like lot of fun and something I would stick with, unlike other programs that bored me.

OK, day 11 of my new journey. I am going to weigh and measure after my bath. Tomorrow starts my experience with some supplements.
Today is day 30 and I have lost 12 lbs and 5.2 inches. I didn't use the fast 10 inches and 10 lbs in 10 days since I am on another eating program, but I am still thrilled with my success so far. I love the workouts and never get tired of them. The time goes so fast!!! I look forward to adding new workouts. I ordered the advanced set last week and am waiting on pins and needles for it to show up!!! I'm also waiting for more vitamins and Slimming Formula. I have 30 more days until my cruise!!!
5/31/06 It's day 40 and i am down a total of 17 lbs since ordering, 15 lbs since my first workout. I was really surprised today, I had thought I was going to only be down 2 lbs in the last ten days but I was down almost 5!!! I am now 8 lbs from my goal and have 21 days before I leave for the cruise and 23 days before it starts! It looks like i may make my goal. I am going to turn up the intensity for these next three weeks to insure i don't lose what I have gained!!! I'm back down to fighting weight! Woo Hooooooo!!!!!! After photo coming up soon!!!
6/20 I leave in the morning for the cruise, 20 lbs lighter and 15 inches smaller! I couldn't have asked for better in 60 days. I am taking Turbo Jam on the cruise with me and am going to continue to workout. Even though the weight loss is slowing down, as it should now, the definition I am getting in my body is wonderful!!! Jul 30, 2010 Well, here it is 4 years later. I kept the program up and kept the weight off until Aug 2008. I got married in Jul 2008, moved to a new state, got a wonderful new job where I sit on my butt 8-16 hours a day. Don't get me wrong, the job is awesome but I am literally tied to my monitors, no breaks, no lunch, all meals here at my desk. When it storms they feed us, pizza, Popeyes, BBQ, chicken fried chicken, donuts, cookies, cakes, pies, oh my! I have never been this idle before! I got up to 169.8 and realized I had to get back in gear and get this weight back off. I'm 45 now and it's not going to get any easier. I'm back on the eating plan and am working out to Turbo Jam again. Oh boy how I missed it! But I also just got my new Turbo Fire program 2 days ago and am ready to HIIT it!
I work 16 hours today, 16 hours, tomorrow, and 16 hours Monday, but on Sunday I am going to start logging in here again. It was so motivational and it worked! And Tuesday, after dental surgery, back at it again! I hope I can get this site to work from my computer at home because I can't seem to schedule my workouts from here.
