I am a 40 year old wife and mother of 3 very active children. I am ready to have a healthy and fit body. I am tired of being overweight! I need to get fit and healthy, so I can be around to enjoy my kids. I was thin in high school, but didn't have to work to maintain my weight. As the years went by, I gradually increased in size. I had lost 10 pounds prior to my wedding and at 21 years old I was down to 115 pounds. Of course, I gained the weight back within a few years. After my first child was born, I was able to return to my prepregnancy weight within a few weeks, but within 6 months I had gained 10 pounds. Two years and another baby later, I was 145 pounds and my body did not want to give up the "baby fat". Six years later, I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd child, and I weighed 157 pounds. I found it more difficult to take any weight off and 19 months later am still at 156 pounds. I go up and down a few pounds, but can't seem to drop the weight. WOW! I had gained 40 pounds in 15 years! Now, my cholesterol and blood pressure is high and my doctor put me on blood pressure medication. I want to bring the cholesterol and blood pressure down and get off the medication. I need to get fit and healthy, so I can be around to enjoy my kids. It's time to have an awesome body! Let's get started together!
5/8/11~ Well, I have been consistantly working out 3-4 days a week. I started Chalean Extreme in April and am in my 6th week. I am also still doing workouts from TurboJam and some TurboFire to mix it up. I have lost 7 inches off my body so far!! I am starting to see definition in my arms and legs. You just have to keep pushing play!! Come join me.
11/11/11~ I did P90X during the summer and am doing some Brazil Butt Lift and TurboFire. I have been able to get off of the blood pressure pills and my cholesterol has dropped a bit. Awesome!
