Working as a Critical Care R.N. for 11 years, I helped people ever day. But, I never went home with a sense of satisfaction & a smile on my face. This is because I was never passionate about nursing. I finally felt that sense of satisfaction and happiness when I quit nursing, moved to Costa Rica & opened a surf school. To see the sheer joy on someone's face when they caught their first wave and became hooked on the lifestyle of surfing, was the best feeling in the world for me. It is the same feeling I get when i see someone who gets hooked on FITNESS!
Like surfing, FITNESS is a LIFESTYLE! It is something that completely changes who you are INSIDE and outside. I want to help people realize that leading a fit lifestyle is life-changing! Not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, spiritually and financially. EVERYthing in your life gets better when you make the decision to be a better you! And everyone around you is happier and healthier because YOU are.
My goal is to show others that choosing the fit way of life is the best decision they will ever make. It is life changing! For me it is easy to talk about fitness & help others with their fitness & lifestyle goals. It is not work for me..it is my passion!
