I had my daughter in February 2009 gained weight after I had her ..June 2009 I was 286, I made a goal that I will lose 50 pounds by the next yr in 2010, As of May 2010 I did lose 50 pounds! actually 62 pounds!.. My new goal is to get my 200lbs off by summer 2011. If not I want to be toned!
As of right now I feel stronger, I can run longer, I'm a little bit flexible in my workouts, I can workout 2-3 times a day and don't be tired, My clothes fit better and I am so close to wearing a 2 piece lol
I have always been a big girl all my life and being this size feels so good
