My name is Shiloh and I am 41 yrs of age. I live in Upper Michigan in a small log cabin with my wonderful wife, her best freind and her best freinds son. I have two wonderful kids that live with their mother in Maui Hawaii. Currently, I am student at mid-Michigan University, working toward a degree in Education/philosophy. My other passion includes reading and studying the holy bible. I used to be in the health and fitness industry in my 20's and 30's and have just recently jumped back into the industry- for obvious reasons- overweight, no engery, the onset of depression are just a few to mention. However, I am a person of passion and conviction and this is one of the major reasons I am involved with the beach body corporation. I am committed to losing the weight and getting in shape. The Last 10-15 years of my life have been about over eating, smoking, doing drugs, and drinking till I pass out. I, with the help and encouragement of my gracious wife, have recently decided to drop these bad behaviors and work on getting my life in order. I honestly believe that for a person to truely be fit, they have to be both mentally, spiritually, and physcially sound- in shape. So for me, its about being well rounded in all these areas. Other interests that I am currently investigating are Yoga and hypnosis- these two feilds interest me very much. Eventually, I would like to incorporate these two feilds of discipline into my beach body business to help others get in shape and live sucessful lives.
