Broke my wrist, tour my rotator cuff, Broke my sternum, broke two ribs, punctured both lungs, broke all the L series on my spine on the side. Tour my quad & ever ligament in both legs. Any way after finding myself gaining weight my friend introduced me to MDB & it got me siked!! Now I'm all fired up and working out 5 days a week. Thank MDB.
