I am in the Security field and enjoy many outdoor activities, like running, surfing, hiking and biking. I enjoy teaching and martial arts, and of course, cooking and eating food. I have been in the martial Art game for over 20 years and enjoy helping people. My weight has always gone up and down, I was the fat guy that could run. Hello, I was 196lbs at Christmas 2009 and desided it was to change what I have been doing for the last time... I started out just running and doing my Martials Arts training. In February I bought P90X and love it. My weight is now at 167 and I want to run a triathlon at age 44. I'm ready to push it the next level..
