More statistics| Skeels odenton, MD I have been active for most of my life and enjoy anything to do with sports/outdoor activities. I have personally trained many friends and neighbors who were interested in doing the Beachbody programs. Helping people reach their fitness goals is very satisfying to me. Started p90x at 193lbs and transformed myself back into shape in 6 months. I am now 170 lbs right where I need to be. So anyone can do it if they keep pushing play.
