I came here about a year ago thinking that it was just exercising. I have learned a lot here. I was 215 pounds about 6 months ago,but NOW doing the things that my coach (coach 140) told and showed me a year ago. I went from 215 to now 170 and I feel great and I am going to continue to loss more..
