I'm a 34yr old married father of 4 kids 8 and under. I own a furniture delivery business but don't typically work on a truck (about one week out of every 6). I enjoy going to sporting events (baseball games, football games, etc.) with my family. I also enjoy playing computer games (although not much time for it recently...I will say the Mario and Sonic Olympics making your arms sore will give you a "wakeup call" on your poor fitness level).

My eating habits have worsened with the busy schedule of keeping up with my business and my kids. It's much easier to just eat whatever is easiest (fast food) rather than cooking for 6 and dealing with the whining about the taste of the food. I also have a tendency to stay up too late and snack.

I have worked out from time to time doing basic weight training and elliptical/stairmaster type cardio training for the last 15 years. I rather enjoy working out while I'm doing it, it's just making the time to do it regularly isn't my strong suit.
