I am Christa, 26 year old mother of 4 angels. I had all 4 of my children pretty close in age, so the weight hasn't had a chance to come off! I just had baby #4 on 7/3/07, and he is our last one, so it's time to get my sexy back!

I have been using Beachbody programs since 1/03. I have never stuck with any of them, mostly because of my short attention span! I have SI6, PHH, SS, P:Y, YBB, TJ, P90X. I am really needing to lose the weight, so I am determined to start and stay with a program this time! I am starting with Turbo Jam on April 10th 2006, so we will see how I do!
July 15th 2006: Well I like it, but I don't think Turbo Jam is for me. I have been going to the YMCA gym 3 days a week, but I don't think it is enough after working out 6 days a week. I am going to start SI6 on 7/17/06 again, since I have never finished it I feel like it's a wound that won't heal LOL. I have also been going to LA Weight Loss for diet help, and they are great. I have lost 4 lbs since 6/17/06. I still have about 13 lbs to go, and the estimated date we are going to start trying for #4 is September 4th (the day after I finish SI6), so I have about 2 lbs a week to lose to get there! Wish me luck!
September 4th, 2006: I didn't get very far with SI6. I went to California to visit my brother, and then got sick. So, I have been walking an hour in the morning. I have really been enjoying it, it clears my head and gets me ready for the day. I am planning on continuing this while we start trying to conceive baby #4. I might go back to a video when the weather start to get cold. I still have 10 lbs to lose, so I am going to continue a healthy eating diet until I do become pregnant.
July 10th, 2007: Well, we successfully conceived baby number #4, and he was born on July 3rd. Happy and healthy! I only gained 20lbs with him, but I started out heavier then with my last 3. So, one week later, I have 13lbs to lose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight, and 30 to lose to get to my goal of 105. I am walking on my treadmill until I can start a program, which should be in a couple of weeks.
August 31, 2007: I am starting a beginner rotation of TJ on September 3rd. My baby will almost be 9 weeks then, so I'm overdue getting my butt in gear.
October 15th, 2007: I didn't start TJ when I said I was going to. My DVD player was broken, and the one on my computer wouldn't read it. Then, I got really ill, so working out was not an option. I am well now, and I did my first TJ workout this morning. I can remember a time when 20 minuets would have been like a nap to me, and I almost didn't make it through! Here is to getting back into shape!
December 31st 2007: Well, working out with 4 kids and a ranch to care for is NOT EASY! I have really let life put me at the back of the bus. My New Years resolution is not really for weight loss (although I really need that!), but for me to start taking care of me as well as I do everyone else in the house. To start I am going to do a round of SI6 starting today. I really want to get through it this time!!!! Wish me luck!
