More statistics| SmithZ1 I'm 43 year old beachbody veteran that is about to get back on track. I started with Power 90 many years ago, and eventually worked up to the Master Series, P90X, which I did for the 2nd time 3 years ago. I had great success every time. My problem starts with Day 91. I just can't seem to sustain the workouts/diet plan very well after the boot camp. My original resolution for 2012 Programs Meal plan: Your current meal plan is: Balanced Slim Down at 2700 calories with 200 added calories.
