Transformation story

I started fitness at age 16 when I got a slight gut. Back then I could lose
weight in a blink. I played soccer through my 20s and still stayed trim.

I started fitness at age 16 when I got a slight gut. Back then I could lose
weight in a blink. I played soccer through my 20s and still stayed trim.
However, in my 30's nothing was reversing the gain in weight. I knew from a
program I did in the 90's that a diet and exercise PROGRAM could work, but I
couldn't find one. I saw the P-90X commercials but thought, let's see if it's a
fad and goes away. Finally I ordered it and I instantly knew it was what I was
looking for.

I ended up losing about 43 pounds in the 90 days and have not felt better. Cardio and endurance training was awesome too. Normally I have to work into running more than 3/4 of a mile. Due to ankle injuries, I hadn't ran in over 4 months, but during the last week of P-90X I started running 3 miles straight, meaning, no rest. 3 miles! I was barely sore and the next day's yoga made soreness a memory.
