I'm a Mom of 2 beautiful girls. With my second daughter (I was 36 when I had her) I lost pregnancy weight by performing with a Latin group. Dancing WORKS!!! I stopped smoking almost 10 months ago and of course,I put on the pounds. Maybe 10 pounds. Well tough luck, fat you gotta go. Now I'm going to use the same committment to get sculpted that I used to quit smoking. Craving

Ok. I'm a 45 year old professional mother of 2 girls ages 17 and 9. I quit smoking 12 months ago and combined with a sedentary snacky lifestyle have about 25 pounds to lose. I need help with sugar and salty snack cravings which I hope the supplements will help. I also need help to maintain healthy choices for life. I can't wait to get started and transform my mind, my body and my life. Good luck to all of us ladies and I can't wait to see your progress.
