Hi, I'm a mother of tow teenager, been maried almost 21 years, always been struggling with my weight. As of October 25, I have lost 23 pounds feel and look great, now I'm using the program to tone and flatten my stomick.The toning part is going good but the stomick don't think i will ever get a flat stomick, it's much better then before but still there.

I've been using beachbody dvd now on and off since 2004. Have had some could result but kept going again with my bad habbit's, until 3 months ago my teenage daughter came to me and said mom i need to get in shape and she wanted me to do it with her, we starded eating program and starded using our beach body program, we finish with Slim and Six, been doing project you power walk for 1 week now, I do enjoy it allot Kathy Smith is so motavation is unbealivable, in the Fall we are starding Power 90 by them we will have lost most of our goal weight and want to tone and increase mussle in our body , these program are great and are body are shrinking day by day! Weiht loss is allot easier with the right tool. Sept 11 2006, starded another round of Slim & Six! October 25, tow weeks in my program I had to stop Slim & Six, was getting allot of paine in my knees, stop for a week and decided to start Turbo Jam doing it low impact, my knees feel better i think i will be able to finish the program, by the way i love Turbo Jam, Charlene is great!February 2007, I 'm back after a little break, I was getting back to my hold abbots, because been having a lot of pain in my knee and kind of gave up on myself, but i'm back now still problem with my knee but going to take it slow do my excesise low impact and ease back in to the program and back to my eating program, it's funny how it take solong to losse weight but in just about 3 months i gain 10 pouunds back, rediculess but back on track now, spring is around the corner and going to loose those 10 pounds before spring!
