I, now, reside on South Beach or “sobe” as some call it “where everyday is summer”. South Beach is one of the sexiest, hottest happening night life spots in Miami.
It’s the coolest thing to live two blocks from the beach. Every other morning, I like to run on the beach before the crack of dawn to experience the sunrise and the fresh morning air. Some of my other coolest hobbies are watching UFC, mixed martial arts, boxing or wrestling and traveling every moment that I can.

“What are the two most important things to that I would want my coaching clients to learn?..
1) You have to learn to control your thoughts. Learn to control your thoughts in a way that serve you. ... For example, you may have a lame reason for not working out maybe because you just don’t feel like it. But if you exercise your mind right with the right thoughts, you can control your will power and your mind will serve you well. In return your body will respond to positive action.
A Controlled mind = A Controlled body
2) You must be committed to your vision. See it to the end. Commitment will allow you to see the results that you want to the end ... Despite all odds. Never give up. See it to the end.

When I think about my body when I was younger, I think, scrawny. Skinny. Bony.
Being skinny is genetic. My mom was a small woman. I was always a small dude. But as I got older I started to work out more and pay more attention to my bod. It seemed like the goal of all of my boys every single summer was “whoaaa .. the summer is coming… I gotta get BIG for the summer … but every summer came by …I never was able to do it. I couldn’t break the barrier of skinny land.
Then one day, I got inspired by a dude named Anthony Ellis. He was one of the first winners of the Body for Life contest hosted by Bill Philips. He went from bony to brawny gaining 32 pounds in 12 weeks. No drugs. No steroids. I was like impossible but I wanted to be optimistic. Soooo.
I took a leap of faith. I tried his “paint by numbers” training program. It was the same system that helped him to win the Body for Life contest. I thought if he could change I can change too.
Guess what, it worked!
I went from a skinny 147 to 160... 13 pounds may not have seemed like alot but it made a world of a difference when I sat down on a chair. lol...A little more cushiony to sit and not feel my bones scraping the wood off the chair. lol
Since that time in my life of transformation, I was watching an infomercial on late night on TV and instantly I was "born again" It was a an program that you can actually use free weights ... a program that I can do kickboxing and yoga... wayyy cool ... I had to have it. I was like this program is what happen when the weight room smashes with aerobics. LOL
That program was p90x..
I bought it .. I tried it .. I experienced it. I got RIPPED in 90 days ... and now I’m ready to start it up again!
My MAIN goal is to go up to a ripped 175 - 180 with 5-7% bf (bodyfat)

06/27/11 I started my P90X program on December 1, 2010. It was a great way to end the year.
