Just after Thanksgiving 2005, I topped out at 245lbs. over the next year I started making changes to get fit. After a while I hit a wall and couldn’t get below 218lbs. so about Aug. 2006, I started really paying attention to what, and how much I ate, along with a little exercise, as of Dec. 11-06, I am 199.2 lbs. I am having trouble sticking with and keeping interested with my disorganized
