I am 37, married, and have three children. I was very active in sports while growing up, and was used to a certain fitness level. Even as a young adult (early 20's) I stayed active. While I haven't just totally let myself go, I certainly haven't worked over the years to maintain my fitness level. I simply haven't made time for myself to work out. That's going to change. I hope to help others
