Hi, I'm Claire, and I can't believe that I'm about to post this picture of myself for all the world to see! I've been trying to come up with a way to comfort myself, and the only thing I can think of is to compare it to childbirth. It wasn't exactly painless to bring my two kids into the world, so I imagine that it's not going to be easy to give birth to a new me! So, I'm going to consider this

It wasn't exactly painless to bring my two kids into the world, so I imagine that it's not going to be easy to give birth to a new me! So, I'm going to consider this the first (major) birthing pang!

I'm happily married with a son and a daughter. I'm also a teacher, which is the biggest obstacle in the way of my commitment to exercise. I'm hoping to hook up with some early birds who want to wake up and exercise before work begin in the mornings...and I'm really hoping that will be enough to get me out of bed.

Well, here's to success! I want to be back here in 30 days with positive results!
