My name is Mark, I'm now 30yrs of age and was previously a professional squash player which came to an end following surgery on my stomach. Ever since maintaining motivation for training has always proved difficult which has meant my weight has been like a yo-yo.

I have decided to do insanity which I completed recently, I am now considering P90X and Asylum to keep heading towards my target.

I have decided to do insanity which I completed recently, I am now considering P90X and Asylum to keep heading towards my target. The surgeon said to me that in order to see my stomach muscles again would be a real challenge, which in turn means it would be a great success story......this is my target :)

I live in the UK but love this website and what it achieves.
