I am mid 40's and have just had a major change in Lifestyle. I was active and
worked on Mobile Blood Drives for the last 18 years. That was long hours of
standing and loading and unloading vehicles daily. I was living in
Albuquerque where the weather is as close to perfect as you can get and was
very physically active. Then I moved home to Montana where the Winters

I am so glad I have not given up. I have lost weight and have gained stregnth. The strengh I gained saved this past summer. I went innertubing down a fast moving river. This is something I have done every year. Well this time I drifted into a log jam and the tube popped out and I got tied up in it. The water was running at 400 cubic feet per second which is pretty fast and it was roaring around me. I had to use my arms to keep my head above the water. When I detangled myself from the tree I had to swin across the current again keeping my head up in order not to drown. People die every year from tubing accidents. It was only the upper body strength (and trust me, I feel every muscle 2 days later.. great workout.. don't recommend it!) that got me out of there!

After that I caught pnemonia and fell off the workout train. How sad is that. I was in great shape and let myself fall back to where I was at the beginning. Then ChaLean Extreme mania started buzzing around. I started working out again about a month before ChaLean Extreme came out. I preordered the Launch party and have been dedicated ever since! I have seen tremendous changes in my body. Currently I am on my 2nd week of the Push circuit. I am 24 pounds down. At least 13 inches. I have muscles where I have never seen them before. Even when I was in the Army!

All of the Beachbody programs have changed my life. I am excited to workout everyday. Every trainer inspires me. I have made a life long commitment to workout and eat right. I hope I inspire my friends and family to join me in this change!
