Ok. So here is a little about me. I am a 34 year old Husband and soon to be father of twins! Yes, it is very exciting times in the Dugas Household. I am a U.S. Air Force veteran and Outreach Director for a energy efficiency Contractor.

While I was in the Air Force I was in a elite combat unit(TACP). The demands of that job kept me in great shape. As soon as I left the service I followed what I loved(fitness) and became a personal trainer for Bally's Total Fitness in San Diego. It was a great job but then a better financial opportunity was provided to me with a large international corporation. It was a hard decision but I took it and left the fitness industry. I devoted myself to my new career. While it was good for my pocketbook it was horrible on my body. I slowly got out of living a healthy lifestyle due to the heavy travel schedule.

Then came the recession. When the bubble burst on the economy I was laid off from the company I was working for. While I was devastated at first I slowly started to appreciate that it actually was the best thing that could have happened to me. I devoted myself fully to my marriage and trying to start a family. I also started working for the small company I work for now. While it might not pay as much as the large corporate company I used to work for, I sure am a lot happier. It keeps me close to home and family. It also gave me time to look at myself in the mirror. I realized I had totally let myself go. I told myself you have a lot of work to do. This is where Team BeachBody comes in. I first ordered p90x 2 years ago after watching one of the infamous infomercials late one night. I ordered and made it through the 90 days. I finally had my body back! The results were outstanding. I was in the best shape of my life!

Not to long after my first 90 days I had a setback. My wife had our second miscarriage and my father was diagnosed with cancer. I fell out of my workout schedule and put some pounds back on.

But as of today my father is in remission and my wife is now pregnant with twins! So I find myself with a new zest for life. I am starting a new round of p90x(July 26th, 2010). Having gone through the program before I am very excited knowing the shape I will be in 90 days!


While I was doing some research on p90x prior to my start date, I came across the Coaches tab. I clicked it and began reading and watching the videos. I was amazed! Are you kidding me?? Not only can I get in incredible shape but it also can help supplement my income! Amazing as I was already looking for a way to earn additional income as my family will now be a single working household with my wife now staying home to raise our children. Sign me up!

So as of today I am returning to a true passion of mine. Helping other people succeed at their fintess goals and living a healthy lifestyle! Who better to partner with than Team BeachBody.
