My name is Stefanie. In the last 5 years I have become very "comfortable" with my job and I have allowed myself to get very much out of shape. I sit all day at a desk and at the end of the day my mind is so tired I have a hard time getting motivated to workout. So it took me 2 years but i reached my initial goal!! I was 246 at my heaviest and now i am at 180! That is a total loss of 66lbs! I am very proud to say I reached my goal before my wedding this March! Now, I will set a new goal. I'd like to set a new short term goal of another 5-10lbs and a long term goal of 15-20lbs! My ideal weight would be 150 however I have learned the key is to make sure that your goals are achievable! You can always reach and then beat your goals!
