My name is Stephanie. I'm 26 years old and a full-time Registered Nurse. I
work on a busy Med-Surg/Liver Transplant Unit. I love helping people take
control over their health, whether it be physical, or emotional. I decided to
become an Independant Beachbody Coach so that I can help people like YOU
reach your fitness goals.

My name is Stephanie and I WAS a chronic yo-yo dieter. I'd try every gimic
that found it's way to my TV screen or email inbox. Diet pills, restriction
diets, strange workout devices- (you name it, and I have at least 3 of them..)
It wasn’t until recently that I realized all this self destructive dieting was
actually SLOWING down my metabolism and therefore making it even harder
for me to see results.


I always liked the way I felt after a good workout, but I didn’t have the
direction to workout hard enough in a gym. I’d find myself not finishing reps
and walking around aimlessly to decide what machine to try next. I needed a
COACH! I needed someone to guide me along my fitness path and push me
to reach my fitness goals. When I joined beachbody I found more than just a
coach—I found a whole bunch of “coaches”. The trainers in the DVD
programs become your workout coaches. They motivate you to give every
workout your all, while somehow making you laugh at the same time. In
addition to my workout coaches, I have my Independent Beachbody Coach
that was assigned to me when I bought my first DVD series- and I know I can
still ask her anything and she’ll help guide me in the right direction. It is
SOOOOOO important to have these supportive people around to help pull you
up if you’re falling down.

Slim in 6 was my first program- and I haven’t stopped since. I have also
done P90X, and a whole lot of Turbo Jam! I’m getting ready for Chalean
Extreme next. I try to stick with each program for 12 weeks, and then switch
it up to challenge my body. I haven’t stepped foot in a gym in over a year
now and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. Once I saw the results I was
getting from the workouts I knew the next step was changing my eating
habits. I joined the Beachbody Club and followed the personalized meal
plans that were given to me. Now I know how to plan my meals for the day
so that I don’t find myself stuck in a McDonalds drive thru lane in a panic! I
still indulge in my favorite sweets- I’m not perfect, but I’m a lot smarter
about my food choices now.

I became a nurse because I wanted to help people feel better, and I became
an Independent Beachbody Coach for the same reason. Being fit is the best
thing you can do for yourself and your family. I’d love to help you along your
fitness journey!
