I played soccer in High School and after I stopped playing, I continued to workout once and while. I started smoking and stopped working out all together. My weight stayed the same for a few years until I decided to quit smoking. That's when my appetite got out of control. I gained 45 pounds in about a 9 month period. I started as a coach with Million Dollar Body about a year ago. After

Since I have started with Million Dollar Body I have lost 35 ponuds!!! I quit smoking about a year and a half ago. When I stopped smoking I started eating and eating. I went from 125 pounds to 170!! More ...
Since I have started with Million Dollar Body I have lost 35 ponuds!!! I quit smoking about a year and a half ago. When I stopped smoking I started eating and eating. I went from 125 pounds to 170!! I started Million Dollar Body a year ago but didn't really get into it until about 9 months ago. The weight just started to fall off. I workout four to five times a week on wowy and take the slimming formula everyday. I feel great and I only have ten more pounds to go!!
Now, three year later, I have gain some of the weight back. I just started Insanity workout program and work on toning up my body!

 I am only on my first week of this six week program and I love it!! My abs and my legs are killing me ans I haven't been this sore in years.  I can't wait to see the results
