Prior to being involved with Beachbody and using our products, my fitness level and commitment to fitness was "all or nothing", it was never consistent for a long period of time, now I'm pleased to say, I'm in the best shape of my life and I'd love to help you do the same.

Through my lack of consistency, my fitness and weight have fluctuated over the years, I reached a peak of 215 pounds and was not happy at all, my energy levels were low and I simply could not be More ...
Through my lack of consistency, my fitness and weight have fluctuated over the years, I reached a peak of 215 pounds and was not happy at all, my energy levels were low and I simply could not be bothered to do anything about it.
Then I got involved with Beachbody and its products, it was exactly what I needed, all I had to do was push play daily and follow the nutrition, and the weight started to drop, my energy started to rise and everything became easier.
I started off with Slim In 6, most people would not associate this program with a 6'2" 'larger' man, however it was great, it got me into some good habits. I pushed play daily and followed the plan and bang, I lost 12 pounds.
After this, I was inspired to do Power 90, I joined a great group of people on the messageboards and we pushed each other along and kept each other accountable. Getting in shape and making friends at the same time - Win/Win.
P90X followed and so did the great results, I got into running and cycling as my fitness levels rose and then triathlons. P90x was great in the off-season and really improved my performance.
Since then I've not looked back, I've completed a marathon and numerous half marathons, completed sprint/Olympic/Half Iron triathlon races......I won't be winning Kona anytime soon, however I know that I am the best that I can be and getting better every day.
What's next?....I am currently on Les Mills Combat (and loving it) and will follow up with Les Mills Pump.
