More statistics| Stephi My name is Stephanie Christensen. I am a junior in college and run on the cross-country and track teams at Utah Valley University. I started using Beachbody programs after my dad (DrDale) lost a lot of weight using them 5 years ago. I have mostly done programs by Tony Horton such as Power 90, P90X, and Power Half-Hour.
