My name is Stephanie Christensen. I am a junior in college and run on
the cross-country and track teams at Utah Valley University. I started using
Beachbody programs after
my dad (DrDale) lost a lot of weight using them 5 years ago. I have
mostly done programs by Tony Horton such as Power 90, P90X, and Power
Half-Hour. I've never had a weight problem, but I find that these fitness

I have always been thin, so weight loss has never been an issue. But I do need
to build more strength and muscle and Power 90 and P90X has helped me. Right
now, I am running a lot to train for my upcoming cross country season at UVU, but I have found that Power 90 and P90X helps supplement my running and is an excellent form of cross training. I have had stress fractures and other injuries during the season and I think that it will help prevent me from getting injured as easily during the season. It helps me feel stronger on my runs gives me more power to kick at the end of a race!
