Hi! I'm 46 and work as an IT manager for a large corporation. Up until I found Beachbody, I had been into cycling and hiking but not much else.

It was really just a fluke that I came across P90X. I normally don't watch TV, but while doing the elliptical I was bored so I switched it on and saw the P90X infomercial.

I admit that my first reaction was an eye roll, but then a realization hit me. I had been riding my bike and spending hours on the elliptical and I was still carrying way too much fat and not making much progress towards getting lean and healthy. Even with the exercise I was doing, I still developed heart problems and my doc ended up putting me on cholesterol medication. Needless to say I was feeling pretty low. I felt like I was trying hard, but just not getting anywhere. I began to think that was all I could hope for at my age.

Then I see Tony. Here was a guy my age, looking like he was in his late twenties. It actually sparked a competitive part of me. If he could do it, I could too! I was of course still skeptical of a program advertised on TV, so I did some research. Scouring the Internet I found story after story from regular people who had amazing results on the program. And that is what ultimately convinced me to decide and commit and succeed.

After the first 90 days of following the program I couldn't believe my transformation! I had lost 5" off my waist, dropped 17 pounds and 8% body fat. I was stronger, more energetic, and happier than I had been in a long time. Best of all my blood screening showed my cholesterol well under control. I was so excited I decided to continue my Beachbody journey. Both as a customer and a coach.

Now after 180 days I Have lost 6" off my waist and shed almost 12% of my body fat! I am able to do things that I would never have thought possible. Including participating in rigorous martial arts. Needless to say I am a true believer in Beachbody and I am really enjoying coaching others to success in their goals!
