More statistics| Stormbringer Hi! I'm 46 and work as an IT manager for a large corporation. Up until I found Beachbody, I had been into cycling and hiking but not much else. My major health challenge is that I spend far too much time sitting on my rear in front of a computer. Both for my job and also for entertainment.
