I have been doing the classic and have been very dedicated to the workout and the nutritional component. At first the nutrition guide overwhelmed me. I decided to use the portion approach since I don't like to cook. I kept it simple (I'm a picky eater anyway). The first phase with the nutrition was a little hard for me since I tend to be a high carb person, but my body adjusted. I liked the 2nd phase the best. I'm on the 3rd now and I have been snacking some more. I haven't lost any more weight, but I haven't gained any either. My kids don't think I should lose any more. I would like to lose another 5. I'm going to start the lean after these first 90 days are up (2 more weeks). I haven't posted any pictures yet. I need my daughter's help since I am kind of computer duh!
I LOVE this workout! I love the variety! I'll be using this the rest of my life - God willing!!!
