More statistics| SumDuud Independence, KY I am 34 year old father of 3 +1 (a step son.) My wife recently had me do a sleep study and I am now the not-so-proud owner of a CPAP machine for treating sleep apnea. Given that, I need to cut some weight (doc says 40 pounds, but I'd like 50-60 or whatever and solid toning) and I wouldn't mind toning up some muscles and Insanity is my tool to do it.
