It all started back in 2000. I was in the best shape of my life. I had the 6 pack, well sculpted back, lean muscle. Then I got sick and spent 2 years gaining weight. I lost a little bit after that but not much because I then stuck my hand through a window and did some major damage. That took me about a year and a half to get totally better from that. (No I didn't punch through the glass. :D All I did was try to stop a door from closing and hit the glass just right.) I decided it was time to get on with my life and went back to college. While there I met my wonderful husband. Two years later we had our son. At this time I was 28 years old and about 130lbs. I wasn't really overweight but I wasn't in shape either. Then we decided to have another child and when Alex turned 2, Alivia was born. She was my problem pregnancy. Not only did I crave all those sweet things like chocolate and candy but I got so huge so fast that it was difficult to move. My Doctor even considered bed rest because my hips would pop out and I would fall down. After she was born I was 150lbs. My heaviest yet. I was devastated but I still didn't consider myself overweight because I had just had a child. Need time to let your body recuperate and recover. A year later I was still "recuperating and recovering" except now I was getting grossly overweight. I never lost the weight after I had my daughter and I even gained a pound. I was still wearing my maternity clothes and they were actually getting tight! I still didn't really think that I had a problem until one day I went to Walmart. The first thing I noticed was that it was uncomfortable to drive because my back fat was pinching together. Then I got tired from shopping!!! How was I suppose to keep up with 2 little kids if I got tired from shopping!!! That was when I decided to Say No to Fat. I changed my eating habits, I watched my portions, I stopped eating sugar rich foods. I started doing 30 minutes a day on my Wii Fit Plus. It was all I could do at that time. I tried to do 10 Minute Trainer but even 10 minutes would exhaust me. So I started off light. And I got stronger and stronger. Soon I was doing 30 minutes of 10 Minute Trainer. Then I bought Turbo Jam and the weight just melted off as well as inches. I am now 134lbs and am currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme. I love Chalene and I can honestly say Beachbody has changed my life. I now play my son out instead of him playing me out. I am still losing inches and weight so finding clothes that fit seems to be an issue. :D I am still not where I want to be but I know I can achieve it because I have made it this far. My enthusiasm for exercise has even changed other peoples lives. My sister, my niece and even my mother-in-law have started working out with Beachbody. Thanks Chalene and Tony!! You guys have changed my life. And thanks to everyone here on Beachbody.com for your support and encouragement. I know I can accomplish anything with the right mind set and support. Getting fit one day at a time!!

Today was day 5 of P90X2.  I missed yesterday's workout which was suppose to be Total Body but I did it today instead of Yoga X.  I will do Yoga X on Sunday.  I really liked this More ...
