I started life a a thin kid and teen but when I got pregnant my weight exploded. I was eating whatever and whenever I wanted. After having the baby I weighed in at 230 lbs. Seven years and one more baby later, I realized how truly big and unhappy I was. I kicked my tail into gear and got down to 143 through diet and exercise.

Transformation story

I started out using Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam. After 6 weeks I switched to Turbofire. My fitness level has increased so much that my fastest running speed before is my slowest now.

I started out using Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam. After 6 weeks I switched to Turbofire. My fitness level has increased so much that my fastest running speed before is my slowest now.

I will be beginning P90x on July 25th.
My goals are to toning and tightening my problem areas such as thighs, stomach, butt and triceps. I also want to be able to do a complete set of push ups (with good form) on my toes.

I am getting closer to my goals every week and I know that I will get the body I see myself in with continued hard work and diligence.

I started fit club today. We did P90X Kenpo and then I did CE Burn circuit 3. This is my second time through but the beginning workouts still enable me to push myself by using heavy weights.
