to say that im a person who only does one thing wouldn't be true.im a
singer-songwriter,a mommy, a wife,and a woman who treasures her friends .
as i get older im realizing that my physical and emotional health are
paramount to my being able to keep up with all these things.as a singer-
songwriter for 25 years and counting, i continue to travel the world
performing..it takes strength and

performing..it takes strength and endurance to keep this up..to be the best
mommy i can be means the same kind of strength and endurance...to do
anything well you need strength of body and mind...im always looking to be
at my best self for me and my family and my work..ive not always been
strong,nor have i had the endurance...but my aim is true! and i will keep at it!
with the help of a community who feels the same we can all achieve to be our
best..i will sing and dance and love my family forever...
