Well I have ordered the slimin6 and am just waiting for the videos to arrive in the mail. I really hope this works I have tried so many other programs and have lots interest so fast. I am 32 live in canada 5'5 and weigh 227 lbs and I would love to be 30 lbs lighter by my next birthday

Well its June I feel off the w/o wagon for a few months after doing slim in 6 for a month but I have the express series now and I am more determined then ever. I started this journey weighing 227 lbs and I am down to 210lbs. Not where I wanted to be by my Bday but its better then nothing and its my own fault for not exercising for those 3 months.
