I am 5 feet and I always been under 120 until I went to college and I gained the freshman 15 plus 10 extra lbs. by the time I had my daughter I was 220 lbs. I only lost 20 lbs of the "baby weight" then I lost 10 lbs over the first year. My weight went up and down from 195 to 190. Two years ago I took some diet pills and I went down to 169 but that was a quick fix. I gained all the weight back a few months after I stopped taking the pills. Then I started doing wii active and I lost 10 lbs but I had to stop because of my knees. In june 2012 I was sick of being "Fat" so I started doing wii active 2. I started at 195 I got down to 175 and I was stuck. My brother told me about insanity so I was interested in trying. He had insanity p90x and tapout(which I know is not a beachbody thing). So I tried p90x it was good but I could not do the yoga because of my wrist then I did insanity for a week. Then I tried the hybrid. Then I did tapout which was fun but to much on my wrist too. So I finally decided to do insanity. Then I am going to take turbofire from my sister and try that. Once I am at my goal weight of 135. I am going to buy asylum volume 1 and 2.
