My biggest challenges are to get motivated and stop bingeing. I've had a lot of stress in the past year, and I lost my passion to take care of myself. I need to remember that I need to love me more than anyone else. The eating issue is my biggest challenge. I'm an emotional eater -- I eat when I'm happy, sad, and bored. I discovered Turbo Jam in June of 2006, lost 35 pounds the first time, then put it back on when I lost my focus. I need to reclaim that focus, and remember that I am a work in progress.

My goal is to work out at least 6 days a week. The best time for me to work out is the morning, before anything else comes up in the day, but because of my new job that's put a crimp in my schedule. I also feel better after I've exercised. I use most of the Turbo Jam videos in a random rotation. My favorites are Punch, Kick, & Jam, Cardio Party Remix, and 3T. I love the fact that a lot of 80's music is used throughout the DVDs -- I find it to be quite motivating!
