More statistics| TAD87 I have a Masters degree in Kinesiology and an undergrad degree in nutrition. I started working out in my 20's and didn't really worry about my eating habits. In my 30's I started to pay more attention to my diet and got in the best shape of my life! After a serious back injury which took me away from work and exercise for 3 years, I had gained 40 pounds and lost all muscle mass. I was frustated | ?
