Well, I am here and I am ready for a change. I have been playing around with different workouts, starting programs and not finishing them. Well for 2012 my resolution is to finish what I start. So from this point forward it is about completion for me. I have Thyroid Disease and HBP and I am trying to get this under control. This year I turn 30 and I do not want to start out my 30s overweight
