Over the past for months, using Ten Minute Trainer, a 1600 calorie low carb diet and extra incentives to Get Active and (Push Play All Day Long!), I've lost over 55lbs and have gone down from a Size 44 pants to a Size 36!

I am 38 years old, married and a father to a 7 year old. I work in Technical Support for a local Cable Company.
I used to be very fit, worked out every day and was a dedicated gym rat. I even earned a 2nd degree Black Belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate and am a regular Jujutsu-ka. However, with schedules and various different "road blocks", that gym dedication went to the wayside. I still train in the Martial Arts, but its not nearly as much.
