My journey with Beachbody started with P90. I had always been involved in sports and in relatively good shape. I played volleyball up to four times a week until a shoulder injury sidelined me. I had surgery and had a long rehab process, I gained around 30lbs. Some due to the injury the rest due to depression and poor food choices. I started P90 and lost 25 lbs. felt incredible, then I let life get
