More statistics| TLWilkins Mom of two boys going through a divorce and I'm over being "so close" to being in fantastic shape! I run three miles and lift weights every day. 6 or 7 days a week. Plateaus are the norm for me and I hit them and then loose motivation. I am in great shape and my body is great by most peopl's standards except my own! I want to be ripped and I want to finally achieve that higher level I have | ?
