I've always ate pretty healthy and in my 30's that was enough, but once the 40's hit, I needed more! As I gained weight, I got depressed and did less. I finally realized that I needed to exercise, but didn't want to run to the gym everyday - that also gets expensive. So, enter Chalean Extreme - and it's the workout for me - I love it. It doesn't even feel like a workout, yet it has transformed my body and my attitude. Having muscles make you feel good!! I've lost a few weeks due to a back injury, and am getting back on track now to get in the best shape of my life!! Will have new pics in Jan. after I finish Chalean Extreme and then on to TurboFire!!
