I'm just a simple country boy. I used to take everything for granit, had alot of great experiences that have made me who I am. Everyday I learn something new and I apreciate it. Most weekends I'm outside on the farm or planning a hiking trip somewhere. I try to be humble as I can, there's still alot to change about me that I'm always working on got to be looking ahead not back.

My life was pretty rough going most of the time, untill Feburary 2010, changed my Life I'll never forget it. I was sitting in front of my computer one evening tv was on in the background, I was playing a game online and talking to some friends about such things as exercise girls etc. And it dawned on me I don't exercise and I mean never. I'd complain if I had to walk too far from the car to the store. That being said sure enough Insanitys commercial came on about the same time I realized how Lazy I am.

After going through a horrible break up as a great start to a new year, I got up to watch Shaun T pushing people to Dig Deeper push harder. Thinking to myself about how crazy those people were I admit my ego got the best of me I got the idea that its not that bad all you gotta do is stick with it, its a big mental battle. Well I was wrong very wrong, the only thing that kept me goin was the idea that it was costing me money. I didn't want to be a quiter by throwing in the towel and sending it back. I've hard to fight, claws, scratch my way up the ladder my whole life for various reasons. I finished Insanity and I felt good I had energy, my mood was better everyone I knew commented on how I looked, it made me feel like a New person.

I fell in love with working out with beachbody.com It's taking me over a year to join TeamBeachbody and I hate that cause its great but things are looking up my lifes booming with success and I want more I wanna feel better be better in everyday things.
