I am a wife and mother of two toddlers. I have had a lifetime struggle with 10-25 pounds of extra weight. I've never been coordinated or athletic, but I have always liked dvd workouts. I own and use several Beachbody workouts.

As a 6-year-old I was diagnosed with mild juvenile rheumatiod arthritis and in 2000 I was diagnosed with lupus. These diseases take a toll on my energy level.

I joined a gym for the first time about a year ago, June 2009. I go to the gym regularly and get in 4-6 good 60-90 min workouts per week. I have seen dramatic results in the improvement of my strength and stamina, but I still have about 10-15 pounds to shed.

Near the end of May 2010, I became an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and started using Shakeology to take control of my cravings and poor eating habits. I lost 5 pounds during my 3-day Cleanse and I feel fantastic. I'm excited to continue on my journey with Beachbody and would love to be your partner in helping you achieve your fitness goals!
