Having to be a full time Student and employee, I found it was difficult for me to find the time to keep healthy and exersise. When I started P90X, I was skepticle about it. I couldnt do the full hour, I felt out of shape, lost, fat, and lazy. But I reminded myself how misserable I feel and that I for once would like to go to the beach wearing a bikini. So I forced myself to do the exercises. I also slowly got ride of my bad habbits. I didnt know what was the right way to keep healthy so I found variouse websites that were very helpful for me.
