Hi, my name is Tammy. I’m a 49 yr old mom of 2 adult daughters and grandma of 4. I divorced in 2003 and then met and married a wonderful guy in April of 2006. We were in pretty good shape for our wedding, but started to get lazy and overeat again once we got settled into married life. My husband saw the Beachbody infomercial and thought, “I can do this”. He started the P90 program on 7/29/07

He started the P90 program on 7/29/07 and has been so successful that he has motivated me to get fit and healthy with him. I’ve worked out and dieted on and off since my early teens...always looking for that miracle solution to weight loss. Until now, I've never been consistant with any diet I tried or exercise program I started because I didn’t have the support of a great husband and a wonderful community of friends like I do with Team Beachbody. My husband and I have made the commitment to eat healthy and exercise so that we can enjoy a long life together.
