Hello - My name is Tanya Oliver, I am busy, mother of 5 and no stranger to the gym. For the last seven years I have maintained a healthy lifestyle, regularly working out three to five days a week – running 17 – 20 miles a week and eating well... even training for a marathon (till baby no. 2 put a stop to that).
