After giving birth to my youngest only 10 months ago – I dropped immediately almost to my pre-pregnancy weight – yay me! But wait! – My weight REBOUNDED and since then I have steadily put the weight back on.
A move from Spain back to the United States, together with an insane schedule with the kids and the love of yummy, yummy carbs had set me back tremendously (cheeto’s anyone?) – my diet was out of control and my workouts were further and further between and gawd! Was I bored of the gym… stress… guilt… guilt… stress - and I just keept gaining! AAArrrrg! I N T E R V E N T I O N !
While I was folding a MONSTER pile of laundry (which had seemed to take over my life), I just happened on an infomercial for the Slim Series with Debbie Siebers. The success stories were phenomenal, the workouts looked super fun and in almost a complete state of absolute "I NEED THIS", I immediately got online and purchased the system…
