Hey! My name is Taryn- I am a 23 y/o mother to a little maniac, rascal, love
muffin whom I'm proud to call my own! Am I proud or what!? Of this weight?
Not so much. I gained upwards of 60 pounds with my pregnancy, lost around
30 pounds in the months after my sons birth, and then gained all that plus
another 10 back in the past 1. UGH! I'm taking control now. I WILL NOT live
my life day to day

my life day to day with a BMI that suggests that I am obese! I'm already
making great changes in my life, and have lost 20 pounds since the new year.
My workouts consist mainly of Turbo Jam, walking, and the Walk Away The
Pounds dvd's by Leslie Sansone. I have decided to join WOWY because feeling
accountable is extremely important to my long term commitment to health
and fitness! See you out there folks! "PUMP IT! PUMP IT!" I LOVE TURBO JAM!!!!
