I have had some huge success with P90x and my overall fitness since I started a couple years ago. Its been over a year since I have done a complete round of P90x. Lately my exercise routine has been weights 2 days a week (most using a variation of a P90x workout), and Hot Yoga twice a week.

I finally got bought in on Yoga after I stopped doing Yoga X and started getting these annoying little injuries such as pulled muscles, & strained neck. Hot Yoga I liked because it was challenging, was a full body workout, & I felt great afterwards. Only prob, I have lost too much weight, and would like to put on about 15 more lbs muscle, and keep my abs.
